Scottrade Bank ATM/debit cards are available for checking, savings and money market accounts at no charge. When you open a savings, checking or money market account, you can register for a Scottrade Bank ATM/debit card through Bank Online Apply. Once you have an account with a Scottrade Bank ATM/debit card, other eligible Scottrade Bank accounts opened under the same brokerage account will be linked to your original card.
The Account Maintenance & Services section of your Scottrade Bank online account enables you to download your transaction history for the past 18 months, modify the display names of your Scottrade Bank account, place stop payment requests on a check or a range of checks you wrote or misplaced, order checks for an eligible Scottrade Bank account and change your telephone banking PIN.
Scottrade Bank offers the ability to pay bills online for clients with checking or money market accounts. To pay bills online using funds from an eligible Scottrade Bank account, go to the Banking tab of your brokerage account and click Online Bill Pay in the left navigation menu. Before you can begin paying bills online, you will be asked to read and accept the Online Bill Pay Agreement.

Scottrade Bank does not issue a charge for cash withdrawals made at any domestic ATM. We will refund all reasonable cash withdrawal fees applied to your account by a domestic U.S. ATM at the end of each statement cycle. The rebate will appear as a lump-sum credit on the same statement that incurred the initial ATM fees. If you close your account before the end of the statement period, you will not receive a refund. Scottrade Bank makes its best effort to identify those ATM fees eligible for refund. In the event that you do not receive a refund, please contact your local Scottrade brokerage branch office. We reserve the right to terminate or limit reimbursements if we observe a pattern of fraud or abusive overuse, and to modify or discontinue the ATM fee refund program at any time.
