Met-Pro Corporation (Met-Pro) is engaged in manufacturing and selling product recovery and pollution control equipment for purification of air and liquids, fluid handling equipment for corrosive, abrasive and high temperature liquids, and filtration and purification products. The Company markets and sells its products through its own personnel, distributors, representatives and agents. The Company's products are sold globally primarily in industrial markets. The Company has identified five operating segments and has aggregated those operating segments into three reportable segments: Product Recovery/Pollution Control Technologies, Fluid Handling Technologies and Mefiag Filtration Technologies, and one other segment (Filtration/Purification Technologies).
